Paul Wightman is Senior Director of Product Development for commodity products based in London. He is a subject matter expert in the derivatives markets and has been involved in the development of a wide range of Exchange traded products. He has also written several highly respected research content on hedging and trading in the financial markets.

Prior to CME Group, Paul headed up the commodity sales team for Natixis where he worked with several leading commercial clients in the EMEA region and advised them around hedging and risk strategies. In a career spanning over 25 years, Paul has also worked for the Intercontinental Exchange in a product development capacity as well as worked for some of the leading price reporting agencies in the commodity markets. Paul has a First Class Honours degree from the University of Southampton in Economics and is a French speaker.
